What we do
A new fixture changes a room faster than almost anything else. We replace or install chandeliers, pendants, bathroom vanity lights, ceiling fans and dimmers, including high ceilings and heavy fixtures that need a proper brace.

03How we do it

Check the box and wiring
We confirm the ceiling box is rated for the weight and the wiring is safe.

Install a brace if needed
Heavy chandeliers and fans get a fan-rated brace box.
- 03
Hang and wire the fixture
We assemble, level and connect the fixture, then set the chain or rod to the right height.
- 04
Test and clean up
Every switch and dimmer is tested. We take the old fixture away if you want.
FAQ
Common questions
Can you install a chandelier on a 20-foot ceiling?
Yes. We bring the right ladder or scaffold and secure the fixture to a proper brace.
Do you do new wiring for a light where there is none?
Small jobs like adding a switch or moving a box, yes. Larger electrical work is done with a licensed electrician partner.
Can you put a ceiling fan where a light is now?
Usually yes. The box must be fan-rated; if it is not, we replace it.
